Use the chart to the right to estimate  the total number of people which can be housed under a specific sized tent. 

To calculate the number of tables and chairs you will need use the chart below to select your table style and corresponding number of people that each table holds.

Example:

Sit down dinner with 200 people

8 ft round tables

+ 400 sq ft for dance floor (2 sq ft per guest) 

+ 50 sq ft for band (10 sq ft per band member)

= 40 x 60 tent
